We all have been there. It's another world, created by us every night. You may walk, run, or fly through it, but it's always there. It's different every night, and usually forgotten. This picture is one of those dreams. Imagine seeing someone on that far island. It makes you wonder, how do they see you? Are they dreaming in your world, or do they vanish as soon as you wake up? Makes you wonder...
Here it is, my first night scene in my gallary. I spent quite a while trying to get a night-time volumetric atmosphere, and finally got it right. However, after saving the atmosphere, I made a little mistake with the clouds. I suddenly realized that this looked like a dream. The title just sortof jumped out at me. I rendered this picture, made a few changes, rendered it again. Now I'm satisfied with it. I really appriciate comments/suggestions!
Yeah, that's what I noticed after making this. Running on a Mac, you can see more because the gamma settings are different. After this little problem, I switched my monitor to a PC calibration, and haven't ahd too many problems since.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
