Imagine

"I look up to the stars like any other man, and wonder, why do they look upon us all? Their watchful gaze looking on even after they're gone. I look into the pain of our small world, and wonder why we can't share what we don't need. I look around and rememeber. As a child, I wondered why we did such evil things to eachother. I didn't understand, and still don't. The stars are the same no matter who we are. The stars are there, for whatever we need. Be it spiritual, intellectual, artistic, wise, or any other reason. Why can't we simply look on? The world should be run by children. They don't understand why we do these things, why should we? They didn't do anything, they didn't know anything. Why is it that we do such awful things? Is it our nature? Imagine... If we could defy our nature and love one another... I know it can't happen, but as I look up into the stars, I imagine... What if?"
